  • Scope of Services: One-on-one trading psychology coaching, focusing on strategies and techniques to improve trading performance and mindset.

  • Scheduling and Duration: Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. The typical duration of each session is between 1 hour to 2 hours.

  • Mode of Delivery: Sessions are conducted [online, utilizing zoom and telegram as well as email as main means of communication.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees and Charges: Pricing is structured based on package deals : £390 for 4 hours (1-hour session per week; £520 for 6 hours (1.5-hour session per week; £700 for 8 hours (2-hour session per week)

  • Detailed fees are communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

  • Payment in Advance: All payments are required to be made in full prior to the commencement of any sessions.

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the high demand for services and the necessity to turn away other clients, refunds are not offered for any reason, including the discontinuation of sessions by the client.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties reserve the right to reschedule a session upon mutual agreement and with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer

  • Non-Financial Advice: The coaching provided focuses on trading psychology and does not constitute financial advice.

  • Limitation of Liability: The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with the coaching service.

7. Termination of Services

  • Termination Process: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship. However, as all payments are made in advance, no refunds will be provided in the event of termination by either party.
